Colonial Fireplace Mantle and Surround for sale in Maynard, Massachusetts

This fireplace mantle was constructed from a kit from Morgan Products over twenty years ago. It was built for use as scenery in television production and was featured in numerous commercials shot and seen in the New England area. (second picture) Close ups are shown without mantle on top, plus a close up of mantle.
It is a Dedham Mantle M ? #1455 from Morgan Products. The original cost of the kit then was $750.
Dimensions: The mantle top is 7 feet wide and a foot deep.
Overall height is 4 feet, 11

inches.
Each leg is 6 inches wide plus the h3_D trim that wraps around each leg.
The surround opening is 63 inches by 43

inches (the overall size of the faux marble that has the opening for the fire box)
The wood is pine.
It currently has a gray and gold faux painted plywood firebox surround which would need to be replaced with stone or brick if it is to be used as a working fireplace with a real fire.
This item is sold with a matching faux painted plywood floor piece, or hearth.
